Spa Policies

The Foot Spa and Tea Bar staff understands your needs, and will accommodate your budget & schedule.
We are here to relax away the soreness from your body, relieve the stress from your mind and
release the weight from your spirit. Please tell us if you have pain or discomfort area that we can address,
or any area that needs special attention. We are here to give you the royal treatment you desire!

Please remember that you are in a professional foot spa, and do not expect anything other than
therapeutic massage and foot reflexology.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount, or for a specific service.
Gift Certificates can not be refunded or redeemed for cash, and have no cash vaulue.
The Foot Spa and Tea Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, and Gift Certificates.
There is a minimum charge of $25 (excluding gratuity) for Visa and Master Card.

Cancellation Policy
We require 12-hour cancellation notice or a 100% of service fee will be charged.
No shows will be charged the full service price. A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Groups and Parties - a non refundable reservation fee of $30 will be charged if you cancel your appointment (this is in addition of our 12-hr cancellation policy). If you keep your appointment no additional fees will be charged. Unfortunately we are experiencing a lot of clients that are no shows. This causes our massage therapists to lose out on opportunity to serve other clients. Cancellation of services for parties of 5 or more requires at least 48 hours advance notice.

Please Take A Moment To Read:
We recommend that no jewelries should be worn at the Spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa.

Special Considerations:
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other medical complications, please explain your medical condition to your therapist. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc if necessary.
